As one woman to another, I am gifting you $200.00 off when you purchase 4 sessions with me.

Liza opens the conversation by introducing Ghosson as a woman who has faced unimaginable challenges, yet emerged with unwavering strength and a deep commitment to helping others rise. At the heart of Ghosson’s story lies a powerful truth: real freedom is found in alignment, not achievement.

While in prison for a crime she did not commit, Ghosson found the stillness to meet herself fully. It was there, stripped of titles, power, and recognition, that she began writing to her younger self—and listening. Through journaling, introspection, and eventually hypnotherapy, she reclaimed her voice, her purpose, and her joy.

This episode dives deep into the themes of womanhood, leadership, personal evolution, and the courage to face ourselves. Ghosson reminds us that safety—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—is our most sacred need, and true transformation begins when we honor that.

Now building fire-resistant, sustainable housing through her new company, AAC Group, in the U.S., Ghosson continues to lead with innovation and heart. Her message to women everywhere: You are your own greatest resource.

Now as a clinical hypnotherapist, stress
management expert, I help individuals just like
you manage stress, anxiety, fears, even wait, emotional wait struggles.
So you can feel more at peace, calm, safe
within, and healthier and confident in every aspect of your life.
And that’s exactly what’s going to be happening tonight.
Tonight’s conversation is going to be about
the power of change and how we embrace where we are and how to evolve to the next.
Change is one of life’s few guarantees.
Yet it’s one of the things that most of us
resist because we are taught that success comes
from pushing harder, doing more, achieving more, and everybody talks about change.
But what if the real breakthrough doesn’t
come from force, but from alignment, Harmony, and peace within?
Because the truth is, no matter, no amount
of external success will ever feel
fulfilling if you are internally misaligned.
And as a hypnotherapist, that’s what I do with my clients.
I help them tap within themselves, tap within
their subconscious level because all hypnosis is what?
Self-hypnosis.
All I do is guide them to where they want to be.
So if you carry the weight of the past
conditioning, limiting beliefs, and subconscious
stories that whisper who you should be, instead of
allowing you to step into who you are meant to be, call me.
Allow me to help you shift what I call a
reset from the mindset, from the core set.
And that’s how we do it.
So today we’re going to have an amazing conversation and tune in.
I want you to call, pick up your phone and dial 866-870-572.
And we’re going to go on a short commercial
and when I come back, I’m going to introduce
you to an amazing human being, a soul.
Is something weighing on your heart, a decision,
a fear, or a challenge you can’t shake?
Let’s talk about it because your story matters.
We’ll bring me Sundays at 10pm for Real Talk
with Liza, where we evoke, embrace, and evolve one conversation at a time.
Our four lines are open.
Call in now at 866-870-572.
And let’s have a conversation.
Now back to Real Talk with Liza.
Close. There you go.
That’s good. All right.
We are back.
Well today my guest, today embodies a
transformation in every essence of the word.
She is a powerhouse in business, a leader in innovation, and a woman who has faced
life’s toughest tests emerging with wisdom,
resilience, and unwavering commitment to helping others rise.
Well, soon’s story is not just one of
success, it’s a master class in reinvention.
From navigating the immense pressures of a
high stakes corporate environment to pioneering
innovation in real estate, blockchain, and she has not just adapted to change, she has
led change, be the word that it’s going to be, we’re going to be talking about today.
So welcome, Ghosson.
Hi, Liza.
This is so exciting for me.
Thank you so much for having me.
Of course.
For such a great introduction.
I didn’t recognize it.
Actually, actually, your journey proves that success isn’t about avoiding hardship.
It’s about embracing the transformation that challenges who you are.
Right.
Yeah, I’m the kind of girl, I guess, everything
I say to myself, when I see a challenge, I look at it and I say bring it on.
I love it.
Yes.
I know why I love challenges.
I love solving challenges.
I feel there’s always a solution to any problem or a challenge.
Yeah.
One of the things that I talk about is like why worry when there is something that you
can resolve and if you cannot resolve, then there is no need to worry.
Right.
Exactly.
I think we worry too much.
Yes.
So let’s dive in.
Today we’re going to be peeling back the layers
of mindset shifts that create real breakthroughs.
Let’s explore how we’ll soon move from stress
to strategy, from obstacles to opportunity
and how you, every single one of you can also do that.
Not only we’re going to dive into personal life, this is candid, raw, real talk.
We’re good.
Yes.
She said yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
So welcome to Real Talk With Liza.
Thank you.
I’m honored to have you actually, I want you to, let’s start with this.
Your journey involved overcoming immense
pressure in a highly demanding environment and
what was the turning point that made you realize
that quieting your mind was the key to your success.
And when, through all that tumultuous challenges,
you heard yourself when was the most quiet time?
That’s a very important question.
So because I was in jail for something I have
not committed and it’s so funny that I found that quietness.
When I was in jail, it felt I was physically
in jail and I tell people that I was actually
my mental being, emotions and my brain was liberated when I was in jail.
It was for the first time that I actually
started to get to know myself as the real me.
I got to journal and I was addressing my younger self and I started just by writing.
On the paper, dear Khosun and the tears just started to come out.
And that’s how I started to really listen to myself with a very first time.
We’re talking about real jail.
Let’s go back.
You are in the United States but you were not born here.
So when you say jail, can you give a framework of where you are from?
I know you’re a leader, CEO, a pioneer, an engineer.
You’re highly evolved, a global leader and a rock star in my world.
One that I look up to as a woman who has acclaimed not only wealth but also fame.
Go back and let’s talk about where you were coming from.
So this was back home.
I’m from Kuwait.
I recently moved to the US two years ago.
Because I was a case that was very public in Kuwait.
Everyone knew about it and I was entangled in it because two
of my employees stole and unfortunately fled the country.
And I was pinpointed because I was their manager.
I really thought that I was going to be not really
convicted because I was so confident I did nothing.
But unfortunately there is corruption in the legal system which I was so naive of.
And it really shocked me.
And today I’m applying for an asylum in the US.
I’m hoping that back home someday this will get resolved.
I have faith that’s going to get resolved.
And I see myself actually going back home which I do miss being home.
So I was running a multi million company with more than 1.5 billion of assets.
I had to resign be here and it was a huge company
with 5,000 employees and the construction,
real estate development, manufacturing, cement.
It’s a very male dominated industry.
My dad at the time was my boss.
I learned a lot from him.
And now I’m here.
It took me some time to adjust.
But I’m so able to speak about my story because it’s something I’m not ashamed of.
It’s something actually that helped me really
even grow and have further self growth.
You know that’s amazing because you have spun the darkest moment into something that
it’s shedding a light and saying this is how I grew through it.
And from it.
Yes.
Okay.
So, you know, when we talk about deep profound
questions, I’m going to start off by asking
you you have faced the unimaginable being separated
from family, homeland and being imprisoned.
Yet you have risen again and again.
So what was the defined moment that you will say, I will not let this break me?
I think I never saw it as I will not let this
break me as much as I keep reminding myself to be grateful.
Hmm.
So it’s really about a mindset that when I was in
there in jail, I was thinking, oh, I’m grateful.
My kids are fine.
They’re healthy.
My parents were healthy.
I’m fine.
You know, I have access to food.
I’m okay.
And the first day that I woke up in the morning,
I’ve decided I have to use this in a way
that’s advantage for me rather than that’s the way I see things.
So I feel that I always have a mindset that we’re
humans and we have access to a very resilient brains.
And it’s all about how we see things.
So I said, okay, how can I make this an
opportunity because that’s how I think in business?
How do we cultivate that kind of a mindset?
It’s your upbringing, family.
Yeah, sure.
And you’re your own resilience as a leader, right?
Right.
I think it came back because it came because
I’ve been always conditioned probably to always please my dad, my boss at the time.
And I would always want to raise the bar to myself and think that we can do this.
We can do this.
So no matter what circumstances I’m in,
whether it’s in business or personal, I would
never see it as something to, as a setback.
I always think of it as a temporary situation
and how can we make the best out of that situation?
Okay.
Yeah.
So at the time when I was there, and I think no one would understand.
But it’s like a blessing I call it in disguise.
It’s like I’m instead of going to a spa, four star or five star hotel.
Okay.
And I actually tried to go there to get in touch with myself.
I think we sometimes need to really get that
really shock of a pose in our lives where you put everything around you on pause.
And that really makes you rethink what you’re
doing, your priorities in life and even about yourself and you know, you reflect.
And that really I, I, for sure I needed that.
Not everyone do need to be a jail dog.
No.
I hope not.
I hope not because you know, not everybody
has to be in that, that kind of a dark spot.
And yet, but that’s one of the things that they
say is you have to hit rock bottom in order for you to rise.
Not we don’t always have to hit rock bottom
because I believe as a hypnotherapist, one of
the things that we do is we tap into our
core to shift and change habits and behaviors
that are no longer necessary or beneficial to us.
Right.
Right.
So when you are at the height running as a
CEO, so many employees and everything, and then this happens to you.
And I remember you telling me the story of how when
they came to take you, you said, I need some time.
Right.
Right.
And they waited for you.
Right.
And that’s because of your status, who you were.
Right.
Yes.
Okay.
So coming from that level to now easily speaking
about it, can you take us to the rollercoaster of that emotional aspect?
Was there resentment, anger, shame, guilt, any of that?
Was that square?
It takes us.
Right.
I was for sure.
I was especially at the time that I was when
they found me and it was like, it was a big
criminal because there were 15 men who barged
in and they wanted to arrest me and I was
just sitting there and I was really trying to become.
I was sitting on an armchair and sipping coffee.
And I said, it’s like you knew.
Yes, it’s because I saw them out the window.
Okay.
So I knew they were coming.
I was like, let me have the last mispress.
So at least and I was calming myself, shifting my mind that, okay, I’m here.
They’re going to take me to jail and calming myself.
I just made one phone call to the lawyer letting them know.
And I was really trying to calm down myself and my emotions.
And I think they were so much intimidated when
they walked in because they saw me so calm.
And it made things feel better at the time
because it felt no matter how much I did not have control.
I did have some control at that moment.
Okay.
So there was that inner power or strength.
Yes, exactly.
The strength.
It’s a strength.
Yes.
It’s not the power.
Internal strength.
So women in power often face judgment.
You’re too strong.
You’re too soft.
You’re too much of something.
Have you ever felt like you had to dim your light to
be accepted or reclaim your voice throughout this time?
Yes.
It’s very hard being a really a woman who was very much
accomplished in the limelight and being in the spotlight.
And at the time in Kuwait, I was always on
the newspapers and magazines being interviewed on Forbes cover.
So it was hard that also I knew more of men
because it’s a very male dominated industry.
And I was then women that I knew.
I felt a bit threatened in my relationship with my husband.
So I would instantly, when I go home, I felt
I was switching my behavior where I’m giving
away all my rights and my likes and my wants so that he can feel better at home.
He as my husband.
Correct.
So as the man of the house.
Yes.
Okay.
I didn’t do that.
Do you think this is something that it’s mostly
dominated by Middle Eastern families because
being not only from Middle East as an Armenian,
I mean, there are so many of households the same.
Women with extreme high levels of career, success.
And then they have to go home and be the wife, the mom.
I, let’s say yes, but now mostly in Kuwait and neighboring
countries with the modern nation and everything.
I think it’s mostly whether men or women, it’s probably insecurities that we probably
want to, when people are around me, they can, you know, rise their securities rise.
And I’ve been told a lot that people get intimidated when I’m in a room.
I don’t know why.
Really.
I mean, you’re smart.
You’re intellectual.
You are intelligent.
You know what you’re talking about and you
are in, you know of the industry that is not regular.
Yes, but I don’t mean it.
I’m in a setting where, you know, sometimes it’s a friendly setting.
Of course.
But some people, you know, feel intimidated.
And I was worried this is a relationship with
my husband and you know, I have two boys.
And so it was very hard for me and he didn’t
tell me that, but I can tell from his actions,
it’s his embedded actions.
The message says that, you know, you’re still, you’re the wife, I’m the man of the.
So it was something that because it’s because
I’m peaceful, I don’t like to get it to fight.
Yeah.
And that was wrong of me because it really
suppressed my feelings, my emotions, my wants.
Even now that I’m in the US, I’m still
learning what I like and dislike when it comes
to leisure.
You’re getting to know yourself.
Yes.
Still.
Yes, it’s a process.
And this time I’m enjoying it actually because even when I
know what I like, I can go and get it, you know, oh, good.
I don’t have someone to take permission or to do it.
So how’s the family doing now?
So I’m living, we have two boys.
One is staying with me and the other one is in high school.
So he’s with his dad back home.
Okay.
But they travel twice a year to come to the US to so we can reconnect.
But you’re in touch almost.
Yes.
Very often.
We are very much in touch.
And currently I’m separated me and my husband, but we’re co-parenting.
And we have this great relationship where beautiful.
Yes.
Yes.
But I feel much more empowered, much more independent than I actually did before.
So it’s great.
Awesome.
You know, many women struggle with this imposter syndrome.
Yeah.
Even when they’ve earned their place, their
position, have you ever questioned your worth at a table?
I know you’re talking about male dominated.
But did you silence your doubts?
You know, the funny thing is that I never had doubts.
Okay.
Yeah.
It was because I think it’s because with my dad as a young girl,
I always wanted to please him and I saw him as being my hero.
So I felt no one really mattered to me because I had a goal.
And in a way that really helped me that I never had doubts.
And really that helped me a lot when I make decisions.
And it doesn’t mean that I don’t regret a
decision because sometimes we make a decision.
You don’t know if it’s going to work or not.
I learned the best decision at that moment.
Yes.
Exactly.
So I really never doubted myself or self words.
And I think it came later in life with my confidence.
I used to be that like that maybe in high school.
The last time I remember, you know what I mean, especially, am I pretty?
Am I, you know, am I thin enough and that stuff?
Will boys look at me?
Am I attractive?
I didn’t have that confident.
But I think when I got so much educated and I loved, you know, the business and I’ve
learned a lot and I’ve noticed that I had a lot of insights.
I didn’t really bother me as I would doubt myself.
And I’m so open to learn.
So I’m in front of people.
If I, there’s something I don’t understand, I say I don’t understand that, you know.
So OK.
Yeah.
So how do you define power?
And what advice would you give to the women who are in a
position that they are afraid to step into their power?
Liza, of course I was a client.
That’s how we got to know each other and then we became friends.
And it’s a relationship I really enjoy having you in my life.
And I really still grow every day.
I’m not perfect.
And when you did that session and worked with me, I still
have that, little girl in me that is still neglected.
And I still try to go back and establish that love and show that I love myself.
And when you say how do we step into our power,
maybe we can talk about it after the break.
Yes, when we come back, please.
If you were anywhere near the phone, pick up the phone, 866-870-5752, give us a call.
Phone lines will be open in just a few moments.
And we’ll be right back.
Our phone lines are now open.
Call 866-870-5752.866870-KRLA.
Now let’s get back to real talk with Liza Boubari.
We are back.
This is Liza, your expert hypnotherapist and
I am here sitting with my special guest Ghosson.
And we’re talking about women, leadership, quietness, prison, everything.
This is a conversation that I didn’t realize it’s going to take this way.
Okay.
You, we talked about hypnotherapy.
You know, one of the most amazing things
about hypnotherapy and working with some of my
exciences, I never know who I am working with
and what are the things that truly trigger
and stay so deeply inside us that when I talk
about evoking is literally evoking all those
memories or emotions that are hidden, preserved,
that it’s not on our conscious awareness.
Right?
So what was it?
Yes, we did tap into your little inner child within yourself.
But what is it that you got out of the session that it
was a how for you that helped you in a different way?
Yeah.
It was very, I don’t know how to describe it the
session, how it was, but it was very eye-opening.
It gave me such an insight that is much more
than what I was experiencing in jail, of course.
So you’re helping me as we go through the
hypnosis to really continue the process of me connecting with my inner child.
Whatever trauma I’ve gone through when I
was young, because I don’t remember what was
a trauma, I lived a very really nice childhood actually.
Yes.
But the process that you’ve gone through really makes me feel so light.
I feel it’s like the burden has been lifted
and I feel the creativity evolves in my brain.
I love it.
So when you say how do women step into their
power, it’s really exactly how you said
in the beginning before you interviewed me when you mentioned alignment.
And it’s so true.
It’s really the alignment of your emotions,
your mental health emotions and physical health.
It makes a huge difference, a huge.
And I sometimes wonder why does it take us a long
time in our life that we reach this alignment?
You know?
Because we’re constantly doing something for others.
So true.
In the beginning, as you said, you did it for your father.
Yes, I was pleasing him.
I’m seeking his validation.
Yes.
So true.
So it’s the father or the parents and then we
do it to get the good grades for the parents, for them to be happy.
And then it’s the boyfriend and then it’s the
husband and then back to parents or the children.
It’s a constantly we to get to know yourself.
And so I used to say, I, I, I, what my parents
and then we get married and then we’ve got
the children and then got for better if there
was a divorce or a separation and, until,
so when do we get to live for ourselves to know who we are?
What do we like?
What don’t we like?
What, what, what tickles us or what pleases us, right?
So it’s always that evolving.
You have achieved so much and you continue to aim higher.
So what fuels you to keep building, dreaming
and expanding today as you are evolving?
I know you’re writing your book.
It’s from memoir.
Yes, I am.
It’s going to be amazing.
I hope so.
Yes.
Yeah, from the darkest struggles to, I
mean, from the height to the lowest and now.
But what is, what’s next?
What do you involved with now?
Are you allowed to talk about it?
Yes, yes, of course.
First, the book is, I really wanted to share
to really give women insights and let them know that they can do anything.
And anything is possible and it’s true.
It’s not like something on something that you hear or they say, or whatever, it’s a
meditation that you manifest and that said, no, it is true.
And I feel that we have resources within
ourselves, we as women and I think we sometimes
get, forget that we have those resources and
that’s strength because of the society standards.
So that’s why it’s very important that I
wanted to share this, the story and what really women can do and achieve.
Besides that, I love business.
I love scaling up businesses.
I love turning around any business.
This is what I love to do.
So what I’m busy with nowadays is that when
I saw sadly the fires recently in California
the Eton fire and the one in Pacific paLizades, it really broke my heart.
And I was really surprised to see that people
still built with wood here, even though they burned, they built again with wood.
And back home, we built what I was managing
when I said in construction, it’s in a material
with that is fire resistant for four hours.
And I was surprised that it’s not even here in California.
So right now I’ve just created my own company.
It’s called AAC Group LLC.
We delivered this material and now we’re
working with the local city and we’re getting
the final approvals, which we almost did.
So today we can build a home that is completely fireproof and seismic resilient.
Yes, and it brings me such joy because this
is something that’s making a positive impact to the community.
It’s not about just business to me.
So the values matter to me.
So I’m so excited.
It’s different than being running a multi,
multi billion company and sitting at the office
and having an executive assistant.
But I’m enjoying every step.
That’s amazing.
Amazing.
That’s amazing.
So if you could go back and give a message to the women who are at the lowest point of
their journey and they’re saying, well, great.
You come from the high, well off, family highly educated.
But what if I don’t have the opportunities
or the family support system and everything?
What would you say to her?
So I would tell women to shift the mindset.
And I think our brains automatically makes us think like a victim.
We always think, but I don’t have, but I don’t have.
Why do we shift it to what can I do or what can I use as a resource?
And it’s just shifting.
You’re going to really see that you actually can do a lot.
So don’t look at the limitation.
Actually look at it.
What can you have access to?
And nowadays you can, especially with AI evolution.
That’s true.
There’s a lot.
You know, I’m so into AI now.
Yes, you are.
So it’s just don’t be a victim.
Try to think, okay, what are my skills?
Yes, what are my skills?
What I can do better research.
We have to be out of your regular thinking, your box, get out of it.
And I think that you’re actually coaching someone.
So when you coach someone, you’re going to put
the emotions aside and go into a problem-solving mode.
Got it.
So that’s why you used the logic.
Yes.
And that’s where you really think, oh, the resources are there.
So in a way, what I like to call it, there is a parent within us.
There is an adult within us and there is the inner child.
So and the parent is always there to protect us and support us.
The adult is the logical, the doer, the person that is the go-getter.
Right.
And then the inner child is the sensitive, loving, caring, the emotional, what if?
Yes.
I can’t.
So become the adult and the parent within
yourself and always remember that you can support yourself.
You can make the decisions, even if it is
emotional, it’s okay because you’ll be just fine.
That’s so true.
So true.
Right?
Yes, I love that.
Okay.
Because there are, you know, even a story.
Every single story has a victim, has a victim, has a hero in there.
Right?
Yes.
And we have to remember we can be our own hero.
Yes, so true.
I love that.
Yes.
Okay.
So stay tuned.
We’re going to take a short break right now and when we come back, the lines are open
if you want to give us a call at 866-870-572.
This is Liza.
We’ll be right back.
Call us.
It’s something weighing on your heart, a
decision, a fear, or a challenge you can’t shake.
We’re going to talk about it because your story matters.
Join me Sundays at 10pm for Real Talk with Liza where we
evoke, embrace, and evolve one conversation at a time.
Our four lines are open.
Call in now at 866-870-572.
And let’s have a conversation.
Now back to Real Talk, but Liza.
We are back.
This is Liza and you are listening to Real Talk with Liza.
I have my special guest, Houson, and we do have a color.
We’re going to take our collar next.
And it is Adrienne wants to say thank you.
You are on the air, Adrienne.
Hi.
I just wanted to say thank you.
And I especially want to say thank you about the building material and how they’re
a flame retardant because this is something that we’ve needed for a long time.
And Liza, just as you were saying about when
you hit rock bottom, I think that’s exactly
what happened here where people were afraid
of earthquakes and never thought of the other
thing that could happen with fire.
So we built for structural but not for fire.
So now maybe we’ll build for fire and structure.
I think that’s good.
Yes, yes.
So Adrienne, thank you so much.
And this is what really want, we want to help communities and people.
They have the right to live in safe homes, safe homes.
Yes.
And that’s a basic right.
So I would be privileged to be part of a solution to the community.
Yes.
That’s great.
Thank you so much for your call and a great comment.
Thank you.
You know, the word safe.
Did you know that it’s a core thing about every one of us?
We can’t sleep very well because there is that safety.
Being in a DV situation in life, what we want is safety.
Being in a relationship, we want to feel safe with the person.
Being at home, we want to feel safe.
So not only this fire retardant, but all the
securities that we put, we do everything in life only to feel what?
Safety.
So safety within yourself, safety at home, safety with your relationship, with family,
no matter where you go, safety is a core thing in all of us.
So can we continue?
If we couldn’t, if you could leave a one
last thing imprint in the world, not through
business, but through personal journey, what would that be?
Wow.
That’s a very big question.
I always thought that I wanted to leave a very
positive impact to the person and the people
who are close to me and to the world as much
as possible, whether it’s in business or my interaction with them.
I like to have always positive impact.
I don’t like to have even the simplest as road rage or being at the grocery.
You know, I’m very peaceful.
I like to have the most positive interaction
with even anyone for that matter.
Driving with her, she’s like, “Let them come in.”
It’s okay.
It’s okay.
It’s okay.
I feel I feel, you know, it’s good.
Because it’s actually I’m trying to be a model for my son too when he’s with me.
And I also want, since I’m talking about my son, he’s
because Liza, as you know, he’s on the autism spectrum.
And I want to thank you again really for helping
him because you really did a few sessions
to help him with his anxiety and self-worth.
If you see him today, he’s now hopefully transferring to a typical school.
He’s an amazing human being.
It’s smart, right?
He loves you and he’s going to a typical school, which is a huge growth.
So I think right now me and my son are
going through a really great year this year.
We’re growing together.
He’s having that growth and going to high school, typical school.
I’m trying to build this business and make an impact.
And I always want to leave this world with a positive legacy.
Actually, you, I mean, dido to what you said.
Thank you.
It’s an honor to work with both of you.
But this lady is pushing me.
It’s like I wanted to get on the radio.
He’s like, “Why, God?
Why not now?
Yeah, do it now.”
And I said, “But it’s one of my dreams.”
It’s like, you’ve already on the show, you already have everything.
Go for it.
So that is one of the things that Aldo, I, you know, we all need another person in our
life that supports us and sees what we need to see.
And I think that’s who you are.
A visionary, seeing something that maybe I
couldn’t see because the work that I do is always
for others and how we step back to hold
another person, support another person and hold ourselves accountable.
So true.
Right?
Yes.
Okay.
So the journey is of courage, but courage is contagious.
And what do you want every woman listening today to take away from this story today?
I really wish every woman I love by the way empowering women.
You know that.
And of course, not only women, but what would you say to men?
Go ahead.
Even men.
Yes.
But I feel we need more powerful women in this world.
We need less worse.
But I really wish every human being that we really understand how we humans work.
We really need that alignment.
That mental, spiritual, physical, emotional alignment.
And I think it takes sometimes a lot of courage
to understand ourselves, understand, to listen to yourself.
And even the process of reflection is a skill.
Yes.
And I think with time, people can do really
understand how to self reflect and have that alignment.
It is so beautiful.
Because once you reach that alignment, I mean,
you can really do anything you want really, literally.
And I feel also honestly, Liza with your help.
I feel it’s a continuous growth for me.
So even no matter where I reach, we need maintenance as humans.
So having whether it’s a hypnosis therapy or
just regular therapy or having just whatever
resources that you feel that really gives you that release and inner peace and the
alignment, then you can really do whatever you want.
We humans are so, so evolving.
Yes.
Exactly.
I love that ever evolving.
Ever evolving.
Because I think wherever we reach, we want to reach another level.
Yes.
Yes.
So true.
You know, I always have a quote.
And today’s quote is, “With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.”
And that is by Eleanor Roosevelt.
I think it’s because when we say, “With the
new day comes new strength and new thoughts,”
it’s embracing the new opportunities and
possibilities that each day can bring for us.
I love that.
Yeah.
Eleanor Roosevelt was one of my icons that I usually quote.
And she was a strength in her own.
Yes, of course.
Yeah.
To me, this is very important.
Also, every morning, I embrace the day.
No matter how much we wake up, we plant things
and a lot of times they don’t go as planned.
And it’s okay.
It’s not the end of the world.
That’s how I do it.
So it is one ritual that you have every single day.
I have to remind myself that I leave a buffer.
You know, for fun.
It’s like fun.
Yes, for something that happens that doesn’t go.
Because I feel whatever happens, it’s meant to happen to break your plants.
It means something better is going to happen.
Definitely.
So that’s the way I think about it.
And that’s the mindset.
If you think that way, then you’re always going to be positive.
And when you’re always positive, you’re going to attract positive.
Of course.
So that’s really the first thing when I wake up, I try to reset my mindset.
That from the corset.
Yes.
So even when I’m waking up, I’m like singing
in the morning, making breakfast for my son.
Yeah.
My son’s like, oh my god, my mom again is.
But he loves it.
Of course.
That is energy.
Yes.
Yes.
That is energy.
It’s a shift of the environment, music, singing, movement, everything.
When we incorporate that with our emotions, that’s the impact.
Yes.
You know?
Before we go to our clothes, we are coming to eight clothes.
This is a message to take to heart, ladies and
gentlemen, wherever you are in your journey,
whether you’re navigating career growth,
growing through all that, facing challenges,
or simply questioning your next step.
Remember, you are stronger than you know.
When your story is still being written.
So whatever it was in the past, but evoking it, remember, the past is just a history.
We look at it, we understand it, we read about it, and you reflect upon it.
But today, right here, right now, when you
embrace this, this is when you start writing
your story of what you want to evolve to.
So my new stress, fear, or self doubt, is holding you back.
Know that you don’t have to be alone.
You can give me a call, www.leasaBoubari.com, or real talk, 870.
And let’s continue this conversation.
I want you to know that I am here for you.
Before we come to a clothes, would you please finish this line for me?
This song is peaceful.
Yes.
I am especially right now.
Shrookra.
Masala.
I really want this night to be a very beautiful peaceful night.
And it shall we.
So thank you for tuning in and being with us on real talk, 870.
And this is Liza Boubari.
Until we meet next week, God bless you and made a universal light surround you.
Always.
Good night.
Good night.
